Meet Our Team
Lindsay – Office Manager
With over 17 years of experience in the dental field, I began my career as a dental assistant before transitioning into office management, where I’ve found my true passion in helping practices run smoothly and supporting both patients and team members. I’m a proud graduate of Washington State University and have lived in the beautiful Pacific Northwest my entire life.
In 2023, my husband and I settled in Kalama, and that move led me to join Dr. Lesh and the incredible team at Dream Dentistry in the summer of 2024. We have three grown sons—one proudly serves as an EOD Technician in the United States Army, another works full-time in the automotive industry, and the third is currently a junior at Western Washington University. We also have a grown daughter who is pursuing her education at our local community college.
Outside the office, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with family, and exploring the outdoors with our Border Collie, Zion. I feel truly fortunate to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team, and I’m honored to help create a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.
Mandi — Assistant Office Manager
Mandi brings nearly 20 years of experience in dentistry, having started her career as a dental assistant before transitioning into front office leadership. A lifelong Longview resident, she joined the Dream Dentistry team in 2014 and has been a cornerstone of our practice ever since.
Mandi is passionate about patient care and takes pride in helping people feel confident and comfortable throughout their dental journey. She finds great fulfillment in building lasting relationships and supporting patients in achieving their healthiest, most beautiful smiles.
Outside the office, Mandi loves spending quality time with her family, including her grown son, teenage daughter, and beloved grandkids. She enjoys paddle boarding, clam digging, summer BBQs, and relaxing with friends and loved ones any chance she gets.

Darci – Dental Assistant
Darci has been a Dental Assistant for 18 years and still brings the same passion and joy to her work as she did on day one. Her favorite part of dentistry is connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
Married for 29 years, Darci is a proud mom to two grown children—a daughter and a son—and recently became a grandmother to the sweetest little girl, who brings endless smiles to her days.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Darci crafting, fishing, or soaking up every moment with her granddaughter. Her warm personality and dedication to patient care make her a treasured part of the Dream Dentistry team.
